Dirty cop Nick and his partner Haysom hide the gold they stole from drug dealers in the backyard of the house. However, the next morning, Nick tells Hayes that he will go to the police, as he loves his wife Julia, and can no longer look her in the eye. Hayes kills Nick, who becomes a ghost and a member of the Ghost Patrol, which protects the world of the living from the undead and ghosts.
