The young sorceress Maleficent led a secluded life in an enchanted forest, surrounded by fabulous creatures, but one day everything changed…Her world was invaded by people who brought destruction and chaos with them, and Maleficent had to stand up for her subjects, calling on powerful dark forces to help. In the heat of the struggle, Maleficent cast a terrible spell on the king's newborn daughter, the beautiful Aurora. But, watching the little princess grow up, Maleficent begins to doubt the correctness of her action - after all, perhaps it is Aurora who can breathe new life into the magical forest kingdom.
