A few centuries in the future, the merciful cyber-doctor Ido finds the abandoned Alita in the dump of the Iron City and takes her to his clinic. When Alita comes to, she does not remember who she is and what her vocation is. Everything is new for Alita in this world, every experience is the first. While she learns to live on the treacherous streets of the Iron City, Lido tries to protect the Elite from the mysterious past. But her new friend Hugo offers the girl help in returning her memories. The young people get closer until deadly forces come for the Stove with a threat to her newfound relationship. That's when the cyborg girl discovers that she has extraordinary fighting abilities that she can use to save new friends and family.
