Transformers: Age of Extinction 3D 2014

"Transformers: Age of Extinction" is a science fiction action film released in 2014, directed by Michael Bay. It is the fourth installment in the live-action "Transformers" film series and serves as a soft reboot, introducing new human characters and a different storyline while building upon the events of the previous films. 

The film is set after the events of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and follows the aftermath of a massive battle in Chicago, which left the world aware of the existence of Transformers—alien robots capable of transforming into vehicles and other forms. 

The story centers around Cade Yeager, portrayed by Mark Wahlberg, a struggling inventor and single father. Cade discovers a damaged truck in an abandoned theater, which turns out to be none other than the Autobot leader Optimus Prime, voiced by Peter Cullen. As Cade helps repair Optimus Prime, he and his daughter Tessa, portrayed by Nicola Peltz, and her boyfriend Shane, played by Jack Reynor, become embroiled in a dangerous conflict. 

A CIA operative named Harold Attinger, portrayed by Kelsey Grammer, has formed an alliance with the ruthless bounty hunter Lockdown to hunt down and exterminate all Transformers, regardless of their allegiance. Meanwhile, a new threat arises in the form of the ancient and powerful Transformer known as Galvatron, who has ties to the villainous Decepticons. 

As the action unfolds, the Autobots, led by Optimus Prime, team up with a new group of human allies, including an eccentric inventor named Joshua Joyce, portrayed by Stanley Tucci, to prevent the impending extinction of both Autobots and humans. 

"Transformers: Age of Extinction" continues the franchise's trademark blend of high-octane action, spectacular visual effects, and epic robot battles. The film also explores themes of family, loyalty, and the consequences of human actions on the world and its alien inhabitants. 

While the film received mixed reviews from critics, it was a commercial success and further solidified the "Transformers" film series as a global box office powerhouse. Fans of the franchise appreciated the introduction of new characters and the continued evolution of the Transformers' mythology in the live-action format.
