StreetDance 3D 2010

Set against the backdrop of London’s dynamic street dance scene, “StreetDance 3D” tells the story of Carly, who steps up as the leader of her street dance crew after Jay, the former leader, abandons them. Struggling to prepare for the national championship, the crew’s fortunes take a turn when they strike a deal with Helena, a ballet teacher. In exchange for rehearsal space, Carly’s crew must incorporate ballet dancers into their act. As the dancers from contrasting backgrounds strive to find harmony, Carly grapples with her new role and her feelings for Tomas, a ballet dancer. The film culminates in an exhilarating fusion of street and ballet, challenging the norms of both styles and culminating in a breathtaking finale.
