Home 3D 2015

"Home" is an animated science fiction comedy film released in 2015. The film is based on the children's book "The True Meaning of Smekday" by Adam Rex and was produced by DreamWorks Animation. 

The story centers around an alien race known as the Boov, who are on the run from their enemies, the Gorg. Led by their self-proclaimed captain, Captain Smek, the Boov invade Earth and forcibly relocate all humans to a designated area while they take over the planet for themselves. 

One Boov named Oh, voiced by Jim Parsons, is known for his clumsiness and his desire to fit in with his fellow Boov. However, his innocent and friendly nature often leads to unintentional chaos and misunderstandings, causing him to be considered an outcast even among his own kind. 

In an effort to avoid further trouble, Oh decides to send out an invitation to his "warming of house" party to the entire galaxy, unknowingly attracting the attention of the Gorg. Fearing the consequences, Oh ends up on the run from his own people. 

During his escape, Oh crosses paths with a resourceful and courageous human girl named Gratuity "Tip" Tucci, voiced by Rihanna, who has managed to avoid capture by the Boov. The two unlikely companions embark on a journey to find Tip's missing mother and to stop the Boov from carrying out their nefarious plans. 

As they travel together and encounter various challenges, Oh and Tip form a strong friendship and discover the true meaning of home, family, and acceptance. The film beautifully explores themes of friendship, understanding, and the importance of embracing one's uniqueness. 

"Home" is known for its colorful animation, engaging humor, and heartwarming moments, making it a delightful watch for audiences of all ages. The film's voice cast, which also includes Steve Martin as Captain Smek, brings the characters to life with charm and charisma.
