Harold and George are fond of making comics. They came up with a superhero – Captain Underpants. The headmaster of their school, Mr. Croup, can't stand the boyish pranks that Harold and George are capable of. But he has no evidence yet that they were the initiators of numerous practical jokes. However, now he has them. Nerdy Melvin filmed Harold and George reprogramming his invention, the Turbo Toilet, and turning a serious event into entertainment for schoolchildren. Krupp wants to punish his friends. And then there's Professor Puperpops, who wants to deprive humanity of a sense of humor. Melvin and the Turbounitase, enlarged to gigantic dimensions, help him in this. Then Harold and George turn Director Krupp into Captain Underpants. Will your friends be able to stop the Puperpops? Will Krupp be able to run a school in his underpants?
